Purchased about 3 years ago, but there are some minor changes compared to the specifications listed at the URL above.

~~Differences Between This Product and the Latest Product (URL)~~

*   The upper bunk has a power outlet.
*   There is no 4-step lower bunk height adjustment function.
    The lower frame of the item for sale is flush with the floor.
*   When used as single beds, the heights of each bed are different, so they will not align in height when placed side-by-side, and cannot be used as a king-size bed.
*   There is a rack for books, etc., on the side where the ladder is attached. (Refer to Akamaru in the attached black and white image)

[Product Condition]
There are some minor scratches from normal use, but no damaged parts. Overall, it is in good condition.
All accessories such as mounting hardware and assembly instructions are included.

It was used for about 1 year with a waterproof sheet.
There is some fraying on the side that touched the slats, but it is generally clean. Please let me know if you would like the mattress as well.
