Description
Thank you for looking.
This is a painted vase by Niō Kobashigawa (Niō Kiln).
It was previously purchased as part of the estate of a certain antique shop owner. It is an old piece, with powerful brushstrokes that still possess a strong presence.
The signature on the bottom reads Niō.
While the exact era is unknown, it is clearly an old and fine item.
Cracks can be seen on the bottom of the signature, but there were no leaks. (Please check the photos.)
There are no chips.
The size is approximately 13 x 17 cm.
