Purchased at Prada in Kobe Daimaru.

There is a small stain on the right side of the pouch (image 11) and the back of the leather strap for the chain strap is peeling (images 12 and 13). However, as it has been used infrequently, I believe it is in overall clean condition.

The envelope and guarantee card are also included.
The envelope has some dirt and scuffing on the four corners.
