Non-working junk, Chronometer Seiko, leather strap with original S-mark buckle

This is a junk item, likely with a malfunction around the balance wheel, suitable for collection and as a base for overhaul. The mainspring is wound.
There were no issues with turning the hands using the crown operation.

Aftermarket case from the era (stainless steel back?).
Post-war movement by Seikosha.
CRONOMETER SEIKO printed on the dial.
Comes with a new leather strap from the era with an original buckle featuring an S mark.

The exterior is decent considering its age, but condition is subjective, and please understand that all minor details cannot be fully conveyed through text or photos.
