Description
This is a custom-made shelf for hatchling reptiles that I made a while ago. The plastic case is the black one commonly used in pet shops. The price is almost the same as a back panel heater.
Dimensions are 20cm (width) x 30cm (depth) x 60cm (height).
This shelf has been left as is since I made it, so it has not been used.
Usage would involve lining the case with paper towels, adding a water dish, and misting, which is the same as regular husbandry. If raising with artificial food, individuals that recognize it as food will eat it if left out. However, regarding food, it's hard to say as it varies by individual reptile.
Air circulation is provided, but I've ensured there are no gaps large enough for a hatchling to escape.
