This is an excellent, rare variety, selected and bred from native species in Gunma Prefecture, known for its superior sprouting and growth.

We plan to sort them to about 10cm in length, but shorter ones may be combined to make up one stalk.
Thickness will vary.

This is a summer myoga (early-ripening myoga) that can be harvested from around summer, slightly earlier than regular myoga.
I prefer to grow this variety because I want to eat myoga early in the hot season.

It grows well even in shade and with neglect.
Please use it in various dishes such as sweet and sour pickles, as a condiment, and more! (^^)

You can grow it in planters.

It has not been washed to prevent drying.
If you plant it now, the main harvest will be next year.
