These are freshly harvested, yellow-ripened plums with firm skin, perfect for making umeboshi (pickled plums) or plum jam.

This variety is called Tamaorihime, a small plum grown without pesticides. They have ripened to a yellow color, with some turning orange.
The fruit was hand-picked today from the tree and the box contains 1.4 kg.
