I harvested them for the first time earlier. They are small, but when I sliced one raw and ate it, it was a firm radish with a slightly peppery aftertaste, and it was delicious! It might be perfect for grated radish when eaten raw. I also tried boiling one, and the peppery taste was gone, and it was also delicious. Today, I'll slice the raw ones, soak them in water, and add them to a salad! I plan to make a white dressed dish with spinach and boiled radish! Since they are small, there's no waste, and I think they can be used in various dishes.
I will pack the harvested radishes after you purchase them, but unfortunately, the leaves are too bulky to fit in the box, so I won't include them! The leaves are vibrant and beautiful, so if you'd like them with the leaves, please comment, and I can adjust the size and send them to you! I will send them in a 60-size box! I will include as many as can fit with the leaves for 1500 yen! Please understand that I cannot be responsible for the item after shipping. The sizes will vary from about 10 to 20 cm.
