We deliver fresh bamboo shoots nurtured by the rich nature of Ehime Prefecture.
The bamboo shoots from my father's mountain are all grown with plenty of natural blessings, without the use of pesticides.
Because bamboo shoots are perishable, please boil them immediately upon arrival.
You can then store them in a preservation pack in the refrigerator for about a week and enjoy them.
