[Characteristics of Scotch Bonnet]
An essential chili pepper for sauces like jerk chicken. While the fruit is fruitier than Japanese chili peppers, the seeds are extremely hot.

[Uses]
You can blend them with cloves, thyme, etc., along with the seeds, to make jerk sauce and various other spices. You can also dry them and grind them into powder.
