Garlic grown in our home garden,
dried in a greenhouse for about a month.
Separated into 500g portions,
packaged in a Nekoposu cardboard box,
and shipped from Wakayama.
This is the Katei Garlic variety,
which has red pigment in its skin.
For long-term storage, we recommend freezing it as is.
It can be used in everyday cooking, for making garlic soy sauce pickles,
or for creating black garlic.
