2023 Harvest Koshihikari Omi Rice Pesticide-Free Arisuty 20kg

Thank you for viewing!

We have been cultivating rice and vegetables in Shiga Prefecture for over 40 years without using any pesticides. (^^)

Starting this year, we will begin selling our rice (Reiwa 7th year Koshihikari) here as well! ?

Omi Koshihikari rice grown with a focus on water, including groundwater, and in a rich environment without the use of pesticides ★

It is characterized by its soft texture when cooked and its rich sweetness, and you can feel the sweetness the more you chew it ?

By focusing on water during cultivation, the taste of the rice improves.

We handle everything from seed sowing to drying after harvest and hulling ourselves ?
We store the rice harvested in September of Reiwa 7th year in a refrigerator, and will mill and ship it upon purchase!

Since the environment changes every year, rice cultivation feels like being a first-year student every year, but we are creating something that can be eaten with peace of mind, with strong convictions. m()m

Since we cultivate without using pesticides, there may be some insect-damaged grains (shown in the image) and weed seeds mixed in. m()m
(They are safe to eat)

We primarily sell milled rice in 10kg bags, but brown rice is also available! (20kg and 30kg are also possible)

The price is the same for milled rice and brown rice!

(If you would like brown rice, 5-part polished, or 7-part polished, please let us know via message after purchase ?)

The price includes shipping, so we cannot offer discounts. Please understand. m()m

We will seal the rice in a special rice bag and ship it in a rice cardboard box!

Please feel free to leave comments. (^^)

We would be delighted if you could try it. m()m

Thank you very much. ?
