This is our new rice.
We are committed to pesticide-free farming and have incorporated the Aigamo (duck) farming method.
This rice was grown with ducks in the beautiful mountain spring water.
Please try it at least once.
Please let us know if you would like it polished or unpolished.
We also offer 70% polished and 50% polished options.
The rice still has a lot of husk attached.
Please polish it as much as possible before eating.
