Recommended for fried dishes like karaage or tempura after halving!
You can also cut them, simmer them in a sweet and savory sauce, and mix them with rice.
We also recommend substituting young corn for bamboo shoots in dishes like Chinese stir-fried beef with peppers!
When boiling, it's best to split them in half lengthwise and boil for a longer time!
Please refer to the second photo for a size comparison with an iPhone 8. These have a firmer texture than small to regular sizes!
We will pack them in an 80-size box!
* We will ship in an 80-size cardboard box.
* The beards and leaves will be left intact for freshness during packing.
* We have gathered the particularly large ones harvested this morning.
