Description
I am listing a Komon Kimono fabric. This is a Aoyama creation, featuring a scattered pattern of flowers, petals, and branches. The base color is a subdued blend of vermilion and pink. I apologize that it is difficult to fully capture the color in the photos. The fabric has a Kanoko (fawn spots) pattern as its ground weave, and a Tataki-zome (stamping dye) technique has been applied throughout. Fabric width: 37 cm Length: 12.5 meters Photos 8 and 9 show the reverse side, which demonstrates the quality of the craftsmanship. Additionally, this item will include Yunoshi (steam stretching) processing. I believe this is a rare piece that is hard to come by. I look forward to purchases from kimono enthusiasts.
