Upper Eyelashes
Apply EGUTAM once to the base of your upper eyelashes, as if applying liquid eyeliner.
The amount of liquid on the brush is sufficient for both eyes.
Lower Eyelashes
Apply to your lower eyelashes as well. Apply once, just like your upper eyelashes.
Unused, like new condition.
No pets.
Non-smoker.
