This is a handmade cafe curtain.
As it is made by an amateur as a hobby, there may be slight distortions in the stitching and the thread ends may not be perfectly finished.
There is a seam in the center of the frill, which is only visible from the back, and the frill has been sewn in.
Also, although care is taken, there may be minor fabric weave imperfections that have been overlooked.
