[Product Description]
Iroha Akari LED candles cast a gentle, soft glow.
The Iroha Uta, which begins with Iroha nihoheto chiru nuru wo, is said to be a paraphrase of the Buddhist scripture Nirvana Sutra in hiragana. The meaning is that all things in this world arise, constantly change, and never last forever, eventually perishing. By understanding the world beyond that impermanence, one can grasp true reality, and true peace will then be attained.
Iroha Akari was named with the wish for peace for your loved ones.

When used as a pair, they are recommended as modern Obon lanterns suitable for contemporary or mini Buddhist altars.
They also come with a dedicated remote control, allowing them to be used as accent lighting with a timer function.
