Vintage 90s Logitech Logitech MouseMan Three-Button Serial Mouse M-ML38

This is a vintage Logitech MouseMan, a classic 3-button mechanical ball mouse from the early-to-mid 1990s. The M-ML38 model number identifies it as part of a series known for its distinctive teardrop-shaped ergonomic design, which was intended to fit the hand more comfortably than standard rectangular mice of that era.   Key Specifications: Tracking Method: Mechanical ball (requires periodic cleaning for smooth performance). Connectivity: Serial (RS-232) interface, typically with a 9-pin connector. Buttons: Three buttons. During its time, the middle button's function was often software-dependent, as scroll wheels had not yet become standard. Design: Asymmetric, right-handed ergonomic shape with a thumb groove.   (CF-4)
