Vintage Hand Carved Wood Cat Shelf Sitter -‎ 1980s Siamese Folk Art

Charming Vintage Hand-Carved Wooden Cat Shelf Sitter Add a touch of personality to your bookshelf or mantel with this adorable vintage hand-carved cat. Featuring a playful peeking pose, this figurine is designed to sit on the edge of a flat surface with its front paw and long tail draped over the side. Details: • Artisanship: Hand-carved from a single piece of wood with beautiful visible grain and hand-painted facial features. • Style: Folk Art / Whimsical / Mid-Century Modern Boho. • Condition Note: This piece is in good vintage condition but does show two small signs of age (please see last 2 photos): 1. A small nick/chip on the tip of the left ear. 2. A minor surface scuff/paint loss on the top of the head. These flaws are minor and consistent with the age of hand-carved wood, but they are priced accordingly!
