Vintage John Oster Senator Professional Manual Hair Clipper, Size 000. Made by John Oster Manufacturing Co., Racine, Wisconsin USA. Brass scissor-action handles stamped Improved Baby Gold Bug Reg. in U.S. Pat. Off. on one arm and A. Witte Germany on the other a hallmark of quality pre-electric barber tooling from the 1930s40s era. Includes the original Senator box with Capitol dome graphics, original How to Give a Better Haircut instruction booklet, and small cleaning brush. Box is worn with age graphics intact. Clipper shows honest patina and age-appropriate oxidation on the blade head; brass handles retain warm golden tone. A complete set that's increasingly hard to find intact. Great for barber shop collectors, vintage grooming displays, or barbershop decor.
