Thank you for looking.
Light, lantern, and warning light all confirmed to be working.
Siren sound confirmed to be working without issue.
It can also be used as a warning light, so I kept it in my car for many years, but I'm replacing it because it's bulky.
Power sources are 3 AA batteries and hand-crank charging.
*Using the hand-crank charging mode, I was able to use the warning light, siren, radio, and light.
