Baby boys dark beige shoes- size 5 but runs smaller

Brand new, these have never been worn cause they didn’t fit my son. However, the sole does have grayish spots on the bottom, not sure if that’s the design or these were worn and returned to the store I bought from. Nothing wrong with the shoes visibly, shoes look pretty cute but my son hated these cause they were tight so never let me put them on.I would suggest getting these assuming these are a size 4 instead of 5. Shade is almost like a khaki, brownish, dark beige
