Vintage 1990s cookbook titled “Applause” from the Hartford Symphony. • Recipe book compiled by the Hartford (Connecticut) Volunteer Association • Copyright 1993 • This large cookbook is filled with submitted recipes, each of which bears the local cook's name. • Index tabbed sections. • The Table of Contents and Sample recipes shown in the photos. • Sample recipes: Deviled Oysters Whole Wheat Banana Bread Broccoli Rice Strata with Cashews • 11 x 9 1/2 inches. Plastic spiral bound softcover. 283 pages. There is a group of stapled pages with typewritten recipes tucked inside the book and which is passed along with the book. • Condition: Very good vintage condition. Little to no signs of kitchen use. The last few pages have some light water marks on the page bottoms.
