Rare, one of a kind wall hanging tapestry rug from Ecuador with signature of Ecuadorian premier weaving artist, José Cotacachi. 48x24. The tapestry/wall hanging in neutral colors-brown, grey, black cream made of wool yarn. Perfect condition. It’s a beautiful piece that I received May compliments on. These pieces are hard to find. Jose Cotacachi is a master weaver and designer with studio and gallery in Peguche, well known as one of the finest weavers in Peguche, a town in the Andean highlands of northern Ecuador. Comes with tassels on bottom side and fabric hangers on top side for wall hanging.
