DAIKIN Air Conditioner Unit, Heating and Cooling, 2017 Model, 6-9 Tatami Mat Size

This is a 2017 DAIKIN air conditioner.
It is suitable for 6 tatami mats in wooden houses and 9 tatami mats in reinforced concrete buildings, and comes with a cleaning function.
I purchased it for around 100,000 yen at the time.
This listing includes the main unit and two remote controls.
I am selling it because I no longer need it due to my move.
It was used in an apartment.
The label on the air conditioner unit is quite faded.
The price includes 8,800 yen for removal and 5,000 yen for shipping.
Although it has a cleaning function,
I have had it professionally cleaned three times.
(The most recent cleaning was about a year ago.)
I will have a professional remove the air conditioner.
Please arrange for installation yourself after purchase.
Depending on the timing, shipping may take some time.
The unit has been tested and is in working order,
but as it is an electrical appliance, we cannot accept returns for any reason after arrival.
Please understand this before purchasing.
This is my first time selling an air conditioner, so I will be coordinating the shipping arrangements with the help of a professional.
However, it would be appreciated if you have some knowledge of pump-down, piping, etc.
(This is to avoid situations where additional charges are incurred for parts during installation, leading to disappointment later.)

If the remote controls cannot be sent with the Packing and Shipping Service,
I will ask for your address and ship them via prepaid postage.

[Regarding Piping]
* The piping was replaced when I moved.
If the piping is deemed usable by the professional upon removal, I am currently considering selling it separately for an additional 300 yen (plus shipping). (I will try to include it with the Packing and Shipping Service if possible, but it is unlikely.) However, whether it can be used at the new location is uncertain due to length issues. Many installation professionals recommend replacing the piping, so please understand that it may not be usable. The current piping has been in use for two and a half years. Please also note that the piping is sold as-is, with no claims or returns accepted.
* I will have the professional perform pump-down before shipping.
