Buenilum Decorative Hammered Aluminum Tray - 1970's

This pretty Buenilum hammered aluminum tray almost has a Danish look to it with it's sweet flower accents and braided handles. A lovely serving tray or even a vanity tray in your bathroom or bedroom. It has very minor surface scratches consistent with its age but overall it is in very good condition. From handle to handle it is 13.5 and without handles it is 11 & 3/4 around by 1 & 1/4 high. Buenilum aluminum was first made in 1933 by Frederick Buehner, who began hammering aluminum and marking it with the name Buenilum. The name is a combination of Buehner's last name and the word aluminum.
