Dreamcast Console, 4 Controllers, and More (Screen Display Confirmed)

Description
Dreamcast Console, 4 Controllers, Power Cable, and AV Cable Included
I kept this with the intention of playing it someday.
When I powered it on, the disc spun and the screen displayed, but none of the four controllers responded. Therefore, I was unable to perform further operation checks (please see photos 12 and 13).
*Of course, it was working previously.
Additionally, possibly due to a weak internal battery, the clock setting screen appears every time.
As I believe it would be difficult for me to repair it personally, I am listing it for sale.
