XSC Weissman Bright Confetti Dance Costume w/ Neon Skirt sequin bodice 4/5

This is a fun and sassy Weissman dance costume in a girls size XSC (extra small child) which fits 4/5. It is neon pink, blue, yellow with a full sequined bodice. The skirt is very ruffly. Excellent condition, worn once for recital, just a couple of hard to see little snags where the sequins caught on the skirt. This can't be seen on stage. Would be a great Halloween costume or solo dance costume, talent show, pageant etc.   Shoulder to crotch seam is 18 (36 around) and straps have room for adjustment. armpit to armpit is 9.5, so 19 around unstretched, and there are several inches of room to stretch.  waist measurement is 8 flat, or 16' around, but again unstretched.
