Horton, Angell & Co
Antique HA & Co Gold Filled Blue Glass Cufflink Single Edwardian c1900 Description Beautiful antique Edwardian-era single cufflink, dating approximately 1900–1915 and marked HA & Co., believed to be Horton, Angell & Co. of Attleboro, Massachusetts. The elongated oval face features intricate floral and scroll engraving with a striking faceted cobalt-blue glass or paste stone secured in a four-prong setting. A fixed curved bar connects the decorative face to a smooth domed oval back—an early construction that predates modern swivel-back cufflinks. A scarce surviving example of turn-of-the-century men’s jewelry, ideal as a replacement cufflink, collector’s piece, jewelry-conversion project, or distinctive single accessory. Details: Single cufflink only Gold-filled construction Marked HA & Co. on the curved bar Faceted blue glass/paste stone Fixed curved-bar Edwardian design Estimated date: circa 1900–1915 Ornate engraved floral and scroll decoration Antique condition with expected age-related wear, surface marks, patina, and some finish loss. The blue stone remains securely mounted. Please review all photographs closely, as they form part of the description.
