This is a Ludwig cowbell from the 1960s-70s.
The cowbell itself has a 60s script logo, but the holder has a 70s logo, so it's likely from the late 60s to early 70s.
I considered polishing it with metal polish before listing, but I decided to sell it as-is, as the next owner might prefer to finish it to a moderate level appropriate for its age or polish it to a mirror finish.
This is a rare and valuable vintage item that doesn't often appear on the market.
